Can I shower or swim while wearing Naama & Co jewelry?
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes. While our pieces are crafted for durability, water and chemicals can affect the plating and long-term shine. Treat your pieces with care to preserve their beauty.
Sizing Help
How do I know my ring size?
To find your perfect fit, check out the Ring Size Guide for easy measuring tips and printable tools. If you're between sizes or unsure, we always recommend sizing up.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping options and rates will appear at checkout based on your location.
Which carrier do you use?
We use trusted carriers like Canada Post, UPS, DHL, and others depending on your region and the shipping method selected at checkout.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are no longer in control of its delivery. Please also reach out to your carrier to file a claim and notify us at Naamaandco@gmail.com so we can assist.
Order & Address Issues
I entered the wrong shipping address—what now?
Let us know right away at Naamaandco@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once shipped, we can’t make changes. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll issue a store credit/refund minus the shipping costs.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We’ll try to accommodate cancellation or change requests if your order hasn’t entered processing. If it has, we may be able to issue a store credit instead. Email us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns, Refunds & Store Credit
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the item is damaged or faulty, and the request must be made within 7 working days of delivery. If your item qualifies:
- You must email us at Naamaandco@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a tracking number for your return shipment.
- Returns must be shipped at your own expense.
- Refunds are issued only upon inspection and approval and are subject to the condition and type of the product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Engraved or monogrammed products
- Individual items from sets (sets must be returned in full)
Store Credit:
We no longer issue store credit for general returns. Only approved returns for damaged or faulty items will be processed and refunded per policy.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or size, please place a new order.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are only applicable on orders over $100 CAD.
- Tracking information is required for all return shipments.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Received the Wrong or Damaged Item
What if my item is incorrect or arrived damaged?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. Email us at Naamaandco@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
Payments, Currency & Promotions
What currency are your prices listed in?
Our default pricing is in CAD (Canadian Dollars). You can change the currency using the selector at the top of the website.
Do you offer promo codes or discounts?
Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive discounts and early access to promotions. Please note:
- Promo codes apply to the order subtotal only (before shipping & tax)
- Only one promotion may be used per order
- Offers and codes cannot be applied retroactively
Buy X, Get Y Promotions:
If returning an item purchased in a bundled promotion, all qualifying items must be returned to maintain the promotional pricing. Otherwise, the promotion becomes void and the discount will be reversed.
Do you price match or adjust after a promotion?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer price adjustments on past purchases made during a sale or promotion.
Free Shipping & Gift Offers
Do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. These typically apply only within Canada and the U.S. due to high international carrier fees.
What if I received a free gift with my purchase?
If you're returning items associated with a free gift offer, the gift must also be returned to qualify for a full store credit. If the gift is kept, its retail value will be deducted from your credit.
